Van Damme will now star with Vinnie Jones in Weapon...
Steven Seagal will no longer team with Jean-Claude Van Damme in Weapon. Vinnie Jones (X-Men: The Last Stand) will instead star alongside Van Damme.
The film is about Jack Conway (Jones) and Derek Chase (Van Damme) as the two best assassins in the world — but unknown to each other. While Conway is a master sharpshooter, Chase is equally skilled with a knife. These two rival assassins form an uneasy alliance to take down the head of a drug cartel, which is backed by the DEA.
Russell Mulcahy (Resident Evil: Extinction) will direct.

This movie will suck but I would have watched it just to see Van Damme and Seagal in the same film. Oh well.

NOOOO! Damnit, Damnit, Damnit. I feel like I've been waiting for the Segal/Van Damme crossover longer than I waited for a Freddy vs. Jason movie. Both of these guys make such turds now they should understand that their last chance at a big pay off (or dare I say even a comeback) is a Segal vs. Van Damme movie. I guess I'll have to keep waiting.
